I am a fourth-year Ph.D. Candidate in Business Analytics at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. 

My research focuses on leveraging cutting-edge machine learning, natural language processing, and deep learning techniques to analyze and enhance transparency in the job market. By uncovering key trends and insights, my work aims to support more informed decision-making, particularly in shaping government policies around labor market upskilling and educational reforms. I have shared my findings through various academic channels, including poster sessions and conferences in Data Science.
